Non-barrier co-extruded black and white PE film

Non-barrier co-extruded black and white film is a polyethylene (PE) film formed by combining a light-shielding layer and a light-shielding layer through a co-extrusion process. It is mainly used in basic light-shielding, moisture-proof and low-cost packaging scenarios. It achieves a visual effect of white on the outside and black on the inside through a multi-layer structure design. The outer white layer reflects light and reduces heat absorption, while the inner black layer completely avoids light. It is suitable for fields that do not require high oxygen/humidity blocking performance but have core requirements for light blocking.
Maximum Light & UV Blocking: 100% opacity shields contents from visible light and harmful ultraviolet rays, preventing photodegradation.
Thermal Management: The outer white layer acts as a heat-reflector, reducing internal temperature buildup when exposed to sunlight outdoors.
High-Strength Co-extruded Structure: Multiple fused PE layers provide extraordinary tear resistance, puncture protection, and tensile strength under heavy loads.
Excellent Seal & Seam Integrity: Retains the outstanding low-temperature heat-sealability of polyethylene, making it ideal for large-scale packaging and heavy-duty bags.
Highly Cost-Effective: Offers a budget-friendly option compared to expensive aluminum-laminated films, perfect for basic moisture and shading protection.
