Our factory is built around an intelligent manufacturing strategy, building a full-process digital system covering procurement, production, warehousing and delivery. Through ERP (Operation and Resource Management), MES (Production Execution Management), WMS/WCS (Warehousing and Logistics Control) and The integrated application of AGV (Automated Handling) enables production and logistics collaboration, process traceability, and improved operational efficiency.

Zijin deployed the AGV intelligent handling system in the production workshop to realize automatic distribution and real-time tracking of materials and products, reduce manual handling and human errors, reduce the risk of stagnant materials and expired materials, and improve production connection efficiency and delivery stability.

We strictly control the emission of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) during the production process, using environmentally friendly raw materials and advanced production technologies to ensure that emissions reach the minimum level and reduce the impact on air quality.
Energy efficiency optimization

To build an efficient and low-carbon energy system, our factory project comprehensively adopts two clean technologies: solar photovoltaics and ground-source heat pumps, to achieve open source energy production and throttling consumption. This combination not only maximizes the overall energy efficiency, but also significantly reduces carbon emissions and environmental pollution, making it a model of renewable energy that combines environmental protection and economy.
